Very similar anyway, key difference is they're smaller so would theoretically be less of a risk to natives. Would be almost impossible for untrained inspectors to distinguish the juvenile fish anyway, in fact I think it would be highly unlikely that they could distinguish and Geophagus sensu-stricto at juvenile sizes...
