jn87
Hi everyone. i gave my Beardie Jasper a warm bath the other night. i only left him in there a couple of minutes. Just wondering how long to leave him in there for and how i dry him properly? i wrapped him in a towel just to take any excess water off He isnt getting agitated just chills out. Insect Direct
i just put in gently, give it upto 5minutes maybe even 10 but only if the lizard is chilled out/not trying to climb up the sides constantly etc. put back in enclosure, no need to dry off they normally go straight back to basking. jn87
and how often do i give him a bath?
Insect Direct
i only do it if theyre sick/look dehydrated, so not often. use to do it about once a month but no longer see the need. others may have a differing opinion
repto
I have two,in an outdoor enclosure with a pond covered in duckweed,it is surprising how often you see them in the water or covered in duckweed after being in there?
