elusive_fish
Are you thinking of creating a malawi cichlid sausage fest?
ryanjury
You can fit as many as you want to in there. Will they get along depends on what they are as smidey has suggested.. All male peacock or hap tanks can be one of the hardest tanks to get balanced and should really be a min of 4ft long Firenz posted some very nice pics of his recently.. phoenix44
if dems will struggle in that tank, peacocks definitely will. what about neon dwarf rainbows?

phoenix44
Dems are a brilliant fish. One day I will have at least 100 in a single tank.

ryanjury
Yep 6fter with a heap of haps in it would be wicked 620T is too small for all male tank sorry.. You might get away with a single colony of peacocks and some yellows..
firenzenz
Yeah the best course of action if thats your plan is to start getting juvi's- males if you can ID them- and start growing them out in your 620T, with a view to upgrade them to a bigger tank-the longer the footprint the better. You can crowd them in when small. Maybe add another bunch when you get new tank. Add groups rather than singles. Adding one bigger hap like litho, electra, empress is also good as you want a "Benign Dictator" as the tank leader As Ryan has suggested getting the balance right is the key to successful all male tank and getting them young and growing together is a good start.
