Heir
Hello everyone! I'm organising a car rally/scavenger hunt/amazing race for about 20 people. So about 5 teams for 4. I've come up with heaps of idea so far... Like people have to go to certain shops and get a business card, find out the colour of a certain letter box right through to funny ones like get $1 worth of gas and keep the receipt and buy a cucumber and personal lubricant from a super market and keep the receipt lol Anywho, as I have 20 missions that need to be done I am completely running out of ideas... This is for adults so they can be cryptic or "adult themed" (they go to an adult shop for one mission) etc I need them to really fun and exciting... I don't want anything that's going to be too much pain for me to organise like.. each team has a camera and has to take photos etc, I dont want to spend all night going through pics to determine the winner... and I don't want to run around hiding things or asking for certain people to give them a clue... If you get what I mean. So, has anyone done any before? Or have some ideas?? THANKS! :bounce:
Zev
Sounds like fun, just check on the $1 petrol idea, some stations have a minimum of something like $5 for their pumps. How about buying one particular type lolly from a dairy.
Heir
Sounds like fun, just check on the $1 petrol idea, some stations have a minimum of something like $5 for their pumps. I wondered about that to be honest. I hope the one I chose doesn't do that... The dairy idea sounds like a plan! I could make the type of lolly semi-cryptic instead of just "buy such and such"! Thanks!
Zev
I would suggest you do some reconnaissance on the lolly front - just to make sure they stock the ones you are after, or have sufficient stock of them.
David R
Done similar things before, here's a few ideas; pic of team name in graffiti one member of the team arrives at the finish wearing a dress and/or g-srting kidnap a member of another team pic of someone behind the counter at a fast food joint pic of a letterbox with 123/69/666 some other notable number on it etc Try not to make too many challenges that require spending money... Caryl
Get a particular flower eg. rose from the local park. Same with a particular weed or a bit of rubbish (like a used McD box or KFC bag) What does it say on the plaque on a specific monument or foundation stone somewhere

Caryl
If they are caught picking flowers in a park they may have to pay a fine
