Anyone got a Sony Xplod car stereo?

Some little fingers been having a play with my radio and changed the time by 1/2hr. Have no idea how to change it back and have been trying for a bit now. Along the top it has Changer control CDX-F5500X if that means anything?

i have one but do not remember how to change it & it's in a box in my garage somewhere so the chances of me sorting out how to are slim. i would serach a user manual on the net for the answer.

Try this, copied from a Sony manual we have here for a CDX-C6800X but might be the same, or similar;

This unit is operated by selecting items from a menu. To select, first enter the menu code and choose up/down (+)/(-) of DISC/PRST or choose left/right (-)/(+) of SEEK/AMS

The clock uses 12 hr digital indication. Example; To set the clock to 10.08

Press MENU then press either side of DISC/PRST repeatedly until "CLOCK" appears

Press ENTER and the hour indication flashes

Press either side of DISC/PRST to set the hour

Press the (+) side of SEEK/AMS. The minute indication flashes.

Press either side of DISC/PRST to set the minute

Press ENTER

The clock starts. After the clock setting is completed, the display returns to normal play mode.

anyway here is what it says

Please note that the words SEEK and DSPL are inside a circle indicating that they maybe somewhere on the radio panel i.e. a button or something.

These are the instructions.

The clock uses a 12-hour digital indication.

1. Press and hold the select button (the setup display appears).

2. Press the select button repeatedly until 'CLOCK-ADJ appears.

3. Press 'SEEK'+ (The hour indication flashes.

4. Rotate the control dial to set the hour and minute. (To move the difital indication, press 'SEEK' -/+.

5. After setting the minute, press the select button. (The setup is complete and the clock starts.

To display the clock, press 'DSPL'. Press 'DSPL' again to return to the previous display.

Cool thanks guys. It was as easy as holding the display button for 2 sec then using the volume dial to change it. Should have asked ages ago when it happened.
