si_sphinx Posted January 24, 2010 Report Share Posted January 24, 2010 I use a bottle with the bottom cut off, flipped, and an air stone coming through the lid. I stop the air stone when ready to collect the bbs. leave for 10mins and usually the bbs will go to the bottom were i have the light. i then use some spare airline and push it to the bottom and siphon them out. I do get a little bit of empty eggs but not much. and i siphon them into a tissue over a cup and strain the bbs from the salt water. then i rinse in fresh water and feed.
