js
Hi there My friend has just come home to find her Kribs have finally had babies. The father seems to be staying with them and looking after them. Will the parents eat the babies and should she remove them, or is it okay to leave mum and dad in there with them? alanmin4304
You can do either. I siphon the babies out and feed them up in a small bare bottom tank. The parents will probably breed again in a couple of weeks.
Adrienne
as alanmin says you can do either. Sometimes one parent will not tolerate the other around and you may have to move the adult that is being attacked.
Simian
They will breed again, its a great experience to watch them look after the babies so even if they get eaten she will soon have more kribs than she can deal with.
