firefish
I was defrosting some frozen mysis shrimp when I found a fish that looked like whitebait in the cube. So i gave it to Kingston: I'm considering getting a second butterfly fish - Do they get along with other butterflys?
phoenix44
yeah. they get one with each other. I had 6 in the same tank at one time. they are awesome.

firefish
I was concerned too, but then i figured that he can make the choice  . It was about 4 days ago & he's still alive so I figure nothing bad will happen. The surface is 75cm x 38cm

The surface is 75cm x 38cm personally, I think its fine. mine used to love hiding in indian fern. had 6 in my 4ft tank (200L or so). no issues ever. they would come out and eat a copious amount of food and then drift around the tank.
