Nymox
Im just wondering if anyone is with Kinect, so far they have been a great isp, and having the power and phone all on the same bill makes life alot easier. But a few weeks ago I tried to email some pics to Dad and today I tried to email one for the october photo of the month, for some reason they just dont get sent, the mail system seems to stall on sending and I get no where. Anyone have/had the same issue? or knows how I can get around this? Specially for the small tank competition and photo of the month, though im sure im well away from having a winning pic I wouldnt feel right if I didnt enter both.... Caryl
Do they have a size limit perhaps?
HaNs
Well how many MB is the email?
Nymox
Im unaware of any size limit on the email itself but I know maximum attachment/s size is 2mb, even with the picture attached I was well under that anyway. I think it just doesnt like me or something, because hotmail sends them fine and Im sure that your isp would allow a lil more freedom. Maybe I need to make a phone call tomorrow in one of my not so satified customer voices.
Zev
If your connection is too slow, sometimes the upload fails, what upload speed you getting? Are you using a wireless router, or a network cable or dial-up? Our router spat the dummy a while back and we had to get a new one, gave us pathetic upload speed and I couldn't attach anything. Try www.speedtest.net and let us know. Ohh, is that a little me I see in your avatar - I have gone pink?
Nymox
Everything on my end is fine as far as speed is concerned, Im always very particular about my uploads speeds because of my online gaming (wow and combat arms) Thats what troubles me about it, I think it will take a phone call tomorrrow Heh yeah thats lil Zev, he was kinda pinky when I got him, and with me liking albino's hes just perfect for me PS: I made a post with some good piccys of him, well as good as I can take anyway Topic name is Meet lil Zev

phoenix44
you might want to check your router to see if it is limiting your speed. then contact the tech team and see if there is something wrong on their side.
