smidey
have you had it before? to get rid of it the once i had it i dosed as directed on day 1, day two i did a 75% water change & repeated the dose as directed. Same again on day 3 & it went away after that & has not returned. that looks like a large clown, what size is it?
phoenix44
There is something v v suspicious about that white spot...its almost not like ich Is it on the rest of the body as well? chuck a load of salt in the tank and watch as your loaches come out to play in it

Yes it's true - fish can get dehydrated!
phoenix44
couple of fish fulls in a 180L tank should be good. I don't usually do ratios, but with every 50L water change i put in 2 fist fulls with my big hands.
SupaGreen
Is it actually white spot though? I've had white spot before and it didn't look like this? Its only on its head, no where else...looking at them you can't see white spots, looks like its on 2 of the (I don't actually know how many) 5 maybe 6 clowns  See the area around the head that lighter than the rest of the body, the spots are only there... smidey...Dosed with? And that one isn't huge, I have another thats probably 3times bigger, but it looks ugly, the black bars are like light grey.
pink_fish
I had white spot recently on my blue rams and it only appeared on one side of each fish – weird huh?! My guess would be white spot too, so try treating with white spot cure.
