imsweet Posted September 25, 2009 Report Share Posted September 25, 2009 My girl was behaving strange yesterday, breathing fast and being out in the open. Today she was just sitting there... took some pics 1st then prodded her and she was stiff as anything. Interesting to see she is not all clamped up (as i would have expected). Anyway, she was about 12cm long. Was only 1/2 the size when i got her lat year. Wondered if "Dad" had anything to do with this or was it just her time. I'm feeding her up as much as I can but I'm always worried by it. Sometimes these things just seem to happen. I have had swordtails which have been really bloated for a few weeks and not had babies and gone overdue by a couple of weeks then I have found them dead one morning....
