Fmxmatt
So i'm looking for a few dither fish to go with my EBJD's and Black Ghost Knife. Someone had suggested Barbs, but I would imagine they will destroy the BGK after a certain while. Are there any larger Tetras or other shoaling fish that aren't too agressive and that aren't small enough to become dinner?
phoenix44
columbian tetras are real nice. alternatively dwarf neon rainbow fish are awesome too.
bronze-dragon
ours (hes only about as long as my middle finger) lives happily with platys, prisella tetras, clown loaches and siamese fighters. oh and red spot (pleco) who he spends most of his time with, if he invades red spots personal space too much he just gets slapped in the face with a huge tail. bulldogod
Do dither fish work with black ghost knife?
Morcs
Tiger barbs will be fine... so long as you get about 10 of them they mind there own business and their behaviour as a shoal makes good viewing. Otherwise, giant danios and congo tetras are larger, and available in most shops.
Dixon1990
Columbian tetras Even adult penguin tetras would be ok for quite a while.
Fmxmatt
I was keen on the Tiger Barbs but didn't think they would work. Though now i'm considering the Colombian Tetras, they look pretty cool! These arent dither fish for the BGK, they're for the EBJD's
