newaqua Posted July 16, 2009 Report Share Posted July 16, 2009 Hello Everyone. Trying to find someone who knows what they are doing with glass tanks. I would like to build my own, but know not enough to undertake it at the moment. The tank needs to be 1.2m long 600mm wide with a water depth of 450mm. I have been told 8mm glass? Either way, I would have more confidence if someone knew of anyone in Christchurch that builds tanks, and dont charge an arm and a leg for it. Well I've still got 1 of your Nig males swimming around with 5 females. The first bag of peat is due to be wet 13th August. I've had a container of peat in with them continuosly, leaving it in there for 4 weeks. Fingers crossed. What are you up to with your fish at the mo?
