smidey
I have fed Sera Granumeat on two other occassions in the last two years. previously i have purchased the smaller containers (approx 125g) & currently have the larger 205g. this batch is making my water a tinge red, this didn't happen the other two times i have fed it. anyone else feed this stuff & had or not had this issue? ryanjury
Haven't used the granumeat as I mainly keep africans, but I have used the granugreen and that was ok, I only used a small one and fed it with lots of other food though.. If its turning the water redish then it might have some sort of excess stuff in it, maybe phosphates or something like that? I was having massive trouble with green water with a food that I was using because it was full of phosphates, unsure what causes red water though.. Muzz
Could it be a dye that they use in the food?.

They get a variety of fresh and dry foods, but they always seem more keen on the tetra colour bits
