Navarre
That by working in a partnership with Maori/Pakeha culture as described in the governing and founding document of modern Nz you gain an understanding and a perspective of a culture that is not your own. This in turn allows you to work with many different cultures in a much more profound and empathetic way. Influenceing both personal and professional interactions that promote growth harmony and understanding. Or in Business terms...If you know how they think and work..you know how to make maximun profit LOL Navarre
