The ones that show up blue, where you can call them anything you like, and can click on them to be directed to that particular place. Does that make any sense? Im trying to put it on my blog,but have a funny feeling that the blog site is not allowing it as it could be used to direct people away from the site. One of which is URL and will show you the correct code if you put your mouse pointer over it AND insert the correct tags if you click on it.
