rox
Hi, here is a pic of our two Rainbows, the Red we were given from friends in Hamilton we were told it is a New Guinea? Photo shows our little Dwarf so gives you some idea of size difference, he is approx 12cm. We took all our Swordtails out to accommodate "him" and what a wonderful choice, what a feature. Now our little rainbow has someone to sidle up to. Positive ID would be greatly appreciated.

rox
Oh good nice to have it confirmed and the Glossolepis incisus, I'm thinking is a male? His colouring when he is at his darkest is sort of like red velvet. Oh that's great to know that you are breeding, I am picking up another Dwarf when I head down to Wgtn for the weekend and would love another couple, let me know when you have some to share. The one I have, I believe is from the Billaney's. Thanks again, you are a great help
supasi
I will let you know when ready. Rainbows are slow developers. At th mo they are only just onto daphnia and brine shrimp. Prob be ready in a month or two. They take a bit longer to colour up though.
