lambo
A friend of mine has a small tank and has had bristlenoses breed successfully in there,of which I was given 6 for my tank. Now in this tank he has a couple of very large sae's, and I thought they looked very fat/fatter than I'd ever seen them before. The larger one of the two jumped out of the tank yesterday and they picked him/her up and chucked him/her back in straight away. A little later on they saw what looks like "orange caviar sized eggs"(their words) floating around in the tank. I haven't been round for a look yet, but was wondering if this sounds like the sae's have bred?
Caryl
BNs have large orange eggs. Don't know what colour SAE eggs are or if they breed in tanks.
Guest
I'd day they were BN eggs as the blow around the tank when they get pushed out the cave.
lambo
 That sounds like a more logical answer, I haven't bred bn's myself so i wasn't able to say for sure. Sounds like he has some really fat sae"s and more baby bn's on their way  Thanks for your help 8)
TM
My understanding is that there have been reports of SAE breeding in captivity but have to be around 3 4inch. Id go with BN to.
