Currently have - 1 Peacock Eel - 6 Columbian Tetras - 2 Siamese Algae Eaters - 2 GBA - 2 Angelfish Would like - colorful - schooling (optional) - mid-bottom dwelling fish - not too expensive Previously had (so prefer not to buy again) - Blue Rams - Butterfly Rams - Cories Suggestions appreciated, running out of ideas here. snookie
rainbows all the way
michael.qian
is it the dwarf neon rainbow? My tank definitely isn't big enough to hold the normal rainbows. The neon rainbow fish is a bit expensive for me at the moment, they are $22/pair from Hollywoods.
Dave+Amy
what about a school of another kind of tetra? Like Cardinals?
Guest
Gold rams, dwarf flags or cockatoos? I'd go for some sort of dwarf cichlid
kiwiplymouth
Go for a group of loaches. Either clown or yo-yo's are great
Dave+Amy
Go for a group of loaches. Either clown or yo-yo's are great but Clowns are known to up-root plants - what about smaller loaches? Like a group of Dwarf/Chain loaches? kiwiplymouth
but Clowns are known to up-root plants - what about smaller loaches? Like a group of Dwarf/Chain loaches? I have 4 largish clowns in my planted tank and have never had a problem. Perhaps they up-root plants if they are under fed and looking for food?
