pufferfishnz
I had some tadpoles last year and i got 3 to grow into frogs, but eventually they all died. some tadpoles didnt even grow legs, what did i do wrong with the tadpoles? the frogs lived in a converted fish tank, with plants, a swimming 'hole' which was a plant pot bottom, they had stones and spaghnum moss. got fed regularly..... what did i do wrong? id love to give it another go, but i dont wanna get it wrong. i would like to grow frogs form tadpoles and not have them die, thats not why you get pets... you dont wanna kill them! any advice would be great thanks
Insect Direct
if fed well and water kept fresh u shouldnt have any trouble as theyre pretty hardy whistlers may not like the heat as much but otherwise should be sweet
gem_scott
is there potting mix in the water? or in exposed areas of the terrain? the chemicals in this can kill them.
