Snork
Hi all, Can someone help me out? I have inherited a hexgon aquarium and would like to construct a top canopy for it. Does anyone have any plans for its construction or know where I could find some designs? Thanks so much for any help
Brianemone
just think of all the things you need it to do and draw one up your self the angles will be the most important part and you can get them off the tank its self
Ira
Yup, shouldn't be too complicated, 6 pieces of wood nailed/screwed/otherwise fastened together with a flat piece of plywood on the top. You can get fancier and cut the piece of plywood in half, put some hinges on so you can open it if you want.
chimera
or buy and cut a sheet of perspex. a little more expensive and perhaps harder to work with but a little more classy, stronger, resistant to water, easier to clean etc...
