purplecatfish
I've got a 3ft tank crammed with Indian fern which the Fundulopanchax gardneri (blue) love as they are breeding without any assistance or fry food. I'm going to transfer the adults and fry to another tank and I'm wondering how long I should leave it so that any remaining eggs can hatch before tearing the tank down. Also how big are the eggs? If anyone wants some indian fern that may or may not have eggs in it they're welcome to come over and collect some (free).
Barrie
arround 2 weeks depending on conditions. The Blues are not too bad for eating their fry and I always have a few coming on with the parents. The eggs are about 1.5 mm in Dia
