Ahhh they can stay upright with no worries Guess they all are fine Bonus! I do about 50% every 2nd day. This is water from my reef tank that I put into theirs. Then top the reef up with fresh water. This way I can ensure the water is the same temp and everything immediately. I wanna just have more control over how much the eggs move (although my success seems to indicate I did ok) and stop them from jumping out of the cup when they hatch (Stockings over the top). Apart from that, I wanna verify it's not just beginners luck it all worked out.
Guest Anonymous
In a nutshell. I got 24 to hatch and eat ok (so the incubation was a success). Unfortunately something caused them to have swim bladder issues (I think, the fish bounce). I have 23 still alive and they are eating. I have started another batch of eggs with various changes. I won't be updating this thread, as I feel it offers enough information for people to attempt this themselves already (and I encourage people to try!). I have 2 other threads going on this people wish to follow them. They will follow my 2nd attempt and how the changes affect the outcome (I cud just have dud fish ) 1) www.marinebreeder.org 2) nzmas - breeding section (Am I allowed to post this?) Peace. Z. *Mods, feel free to lock this topic now*
Caper
Congratulations What cuties they are! Okay, I as going to ask about the glass too but you've already answered that. But what is that thing that you have beside the glass and what is its purpose? Caper

It's instinctive for a baby bangaii to find suitable protection. So I have an aqua-nead and toothpick urchin for them to live in (and they do )
