malawiman
Hi Got home yesterday after a few days away and found my Boesmani have spawned and have lots of eggs. Removed parents and this morning found heaps of fry. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: Have greenwater to feed them. Anyone breed these and what do you feed the fry? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. supasi
I suggest the same as mumzy stated. What are you going to do with your fry when they get older?? Id be keen on buying some
supasi
When the fry first hatch, they swim jerkily around the tank, when they swim correctly and can sit in the water without sinking they are ready for food, this is only a few hours after birth. The fry of the larger Rainbows will eat brine shrimp straight away, but the smaller ones need infusoria. malawiman
Thanks all, think they need something microscopic, they look like glass slivers. Still lots of eggs, so will be more fry. Supasi : First have to see if I can get them growing, will have to get rid of some if I get them growing. Will keep you posted. Thanks Tiden, something new so will see how it goes. Neon Dwarfs are spawning in their tank now
