krantan1
Hi there I've got the same heater as you and I had to set it at 30degrees to keep my 80litre tank at 26 degrees so yeah play around with the temp setting
jimboNZ
Ok, I have algae now. Came home from a week away (my gf was looking after the fish) to find a good portion of the front and back of the tank covered in spotty green algae. It was also on the rocks in the tank too. Im concerned my tank is getting too much light. I had the lights set to come on at 12 and go off at 9 but we also get sun in the lounge during the day (only a little direct sunlight hits the tank and only for about 1 hour just before midday). The plants I have have also started to go a little dark. I have a couple of Cabomba caroliniana in the tank and they are the ones who have gone dark a bit. What do I do?!
