repto
overnight couriers is what I would do and have done.Varanophile had some die I think because they were put in an unpressurized hold?Get a heat pack that they use for the fish and put him in a box within a polybox, should be ok.buyers risk?? Varanophile
yeah man, air nz good when it goes with the cats and dogs, not so great when in the general hold, especially if not a direct flight. Best bet is what repto said, but make sure they pay for the freight, then it is the buyer's risk. I would use poly box and one of those heat packs that you can buy off the naughty website. Gannet
dont forget airholes in a poly box for 2reason: 1. so beardie can breath 2. so that there is a heat exchange so you dont get temps super hi or super low
Beardie_Guy
Hi there.. My beardie was sent from auckland to wellington my air new zealand it was an hour direct flight and it came in with all the other animals. It cost around $100. It was in a big plastic box with abit of sand and was then put in a cardboard box. worked well.. hope that helps give air new zealand a ring. David R
It cost around $100. Just go out to the airport and find someone with space in their carry-on luggage and pay them $50.
