tinytawnykitten
I have a nice (at least I think it is) 3ft planted tank. In it there are 6 pearl danios, a bristlenose, a black ghost knife, a spiny eel (well I think I do - I haven't seen him for days!) and a yellow severum. I LOVE the severum but I am looking for some inspiration about what to add next? Or should I not add anything? Should I buy more severums or is it ok to have just one? Ira
I'm confused...You say you have a severum and a planted tank...This makes no sense.
tinytawnykitten
I'm confused...You say you have a severum and a planted tank...This makes no sense. Hmm yes this worries me. My severum is about 10cm long and nibbles at plants from time to time but that is all. I have read that they can be ok in a planted tank but I have also read that they aren't. David R
There's probably plenty of things they would rather eat, keep them well fed and your plants should be left alone.
Ira
Mine were well fed. The only plant they didn't eat was algae.
tinytawnykitten
Ha it is funny you saying that because I have just been watching her shredding a plant. And she just had a nice feed of frozen bloodworms! Oh bother.
