oeminx
well my blue rams been at it again, in my community tank i got two rams guarding a cluster of eggs. watching them intently this morning i saw each of the in turn swim to the surface take a mouth full of air then go back to the eggs and blow it over then. What are they trying to tell me? any thoughts Hopefully they hold this time they are still guarding the eggs and its the second day so fingers crossed. Adrienne
lucky you - I can't keep them alive (the adults I mean). The only thing I can think of it that perhaps there needs to be a small airstone in the tank as well. However I would leave them alone as disturbing them is more than likely to cause a problem. Discusguru
In a comm tank, you better keep everything cross and pray lol. If you really want to breed them just get a 1 foot tank and put them in with a sponge filter and heater. Prepare some green water before you breed them or you can get liquid fry to feed the frys when they're free swimming. Breeding them is easy, Keeping them alive is a different story. Good luck, ron
