OscarBoy Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 Large arrowana - 35cm long. Is presently in a 170ltr tank (1.1m x 35 x 45) with tertras, catfish, rams and pleco. Beautiful colouration - a very healthy fish but outgrowing the tank. Is approximately 1 year old and needs a larger tank to grow into (1.5m+). David R Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 I put about 20 neons in my old 5' tank with an 18" black aro when I broke down a small planted tank, it took him over 2 weeks to eat them all! Beautiful fish, I've only seen four small ones at hollywood for around $200 eacy (about 3-4 years ago) for sale since then, I'd give my left nut for another one...
