meatman
Hi Everyone. Really curious where all you people who have discus tanks that have spray bars located in them keep them above or below the waterline. do you find that your discus like it one way or the other. Keen on some feed back. thanks
jolliolli
mines a spray bar at the top for my external filter, my internal filter also has the outlet at the top. i don't think they seem to care either way, although sometimes i have seen one of my discus swim over the top of the spray bar intentionally so maybe he likes the feel of the flow
meatman
I was told that a bit of water movement was good for them. Im not sure whether it helps oxygenate the water any.....
jolliolli
more water surface agitation means more oxygenation of the water
davidb
which means less CO2?
