Jalil30
I dont know what is going on. My Oscar is about 6mos old.. It keeps sinking to the bottom of the tank. When I come in front of course it gets up with his normal tail wagging. It's appetite is not suffering. I don't know what to do. None of his tank mates are showing any similar symptoms. Up one minute.. Down the next..

sharn
Hadnt done a water change or anything to the tank before hand? Oscars are the best sulkers and it doesnt take much to set them off at times- if i offer the others in the tank food he doesnt like he takes offence and pretends his worlds over in the back corner
Jalil30
what is weird is. when i fed the clown knife today after his little spell. the oscar didn't even look at the feeders... and THAT IS ODD!
tHEcONCH
DON'T PANIC - Resting on the bottom from time-to-time is normal behaviour for Oscars. Check your water parameters just in case, but you'll probably find your fish is just chill'n.
Jalil30
Yeah... I've noticed the way they lay around at times... It was more so the falling that worried me...The second he would stop moving he would fall, and pretty hard.
