Will the corals be alright in the tank or should I take them out and put them in some buckets (with tankwater) and return them to the tank once the rocks have been moved? tHEcONCH Posted October 16, 2007 Report Share Posted October 16, 2007 Unless you are doing a MAJOR re-arrangement, I'd leave them in the tank and try to not stir too much crud around, then swoosh some water over them once you are done to get the settled sediment off them. Dont wanna stress them anymore than required Take them out and put them in a bucket of water, no issue at all, Hard to landscape with corals in a tank. you will do more damage. Fmxmatt Posted October 17, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 Left them in the tank (keep in mind I've only got 5 of them, and they're all relatively new so none have spread to big pieces of rock) and all are happy this morning by the looks of things.
