it wouldnt be easy or quick but if you put it on concrete or even beter on a peice of steel and pound it with a lump hammer, have to start with small bits and put something around it to stop it flying away.so you could do it but almost not worth the trouble :D

its quite brittle so most of the chips would fly away when broken that fine. i would just stick with aragonite (crushed marble)
