On friday when I come back thru I can buy any fish. So if anyone knows of any LFS between New Plymouth and Levin let me know. Its out the back of Palmerston Nth, just google for "wet pets" within nz and you will find their website and address :-) We also have an Animates just off the square, but its identical to every other Animates in the country... Only got critters the local pet store which has tropicals, pet essentials, and maries pet and garden centre which I wouldn't personally buy from as the tanks all look really grotty and uncared for. ryanjury Posted September 17, 2007 Report Share Posted September 17, 2007 Yeah wetpets is an alright store they hardly ever have much exciting and you can go in there weekly for a month and not see anything new but the fish are healthy and tanks look good Animates in Palmy has alot of sick fish and staff dont know much but might be worth a look if your prepared to risk it (or they may have cleaned things up in the last month). Levin petshop doesn't really do fish they have tanks but not many fish, Wanganui is worth a look a bit run down but might have something if your lucky... What type of fish do you keep? ctsniper86 Posted September 17, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 17, 2007 At the moment in my planted community tank i've got 5 neons, some ammount of guppies ~ 13, 4 tiger barbs, large pleco, 4 honey dwarf gourami, and an angel that is looking for a new home.
