Ekkles
I have been given a fish that I cannot identify. Previous owner did not know either. Am going to try and take some photos tomorrow but will have to put it in a small container to do so. It looks like a serpentine loach and similar to the pangos. It is very elongated and thin, with a clear long fin on top. Mainly black /dark brown with narrow stripey gold markings. It also looks to be very segmented but this could possibly also be it's markings. Very shy. Wriggles like a snake or eel or worm. Any ideas. Loopy
very elongated and thin, with a clear long fin on top. This is the only bit that has me doubting it is a kuhli. I wouldn't describe a kuhlis dorsal as being "long" **SNAP** Cichlid7 lol

Ekkles
Definitely a Kuhli Loach. Shy little thing. Does not like light. Never seen one before and it was so quick in the tank. Thanks for all the help. Got a skunk loach too. It keeps peering out at me and keeping an eye on me if I move.
Ianab
Yup, kuhlis are cute. They dont grow very big, but like to live in a group... so get a couple more You will see them out and about a lot more when there is a group of them. Cheers Ian
