carla
The Aquarium World stated that you ring Dave Cooper and tell him you are a member. So if you already have the paperwork then just write in that that you are a FNZAS member. If they want anything else they can contact you. I see that their website is still parked and not up yet. Who else is starting in October?
Warren
Remember, this course is only available as a scholarship to FNZAS Financial Members, not just members of this website. Being a member of this website does not make you a FNZAS member. You must be a financial member of a FNZAS Affiliated club to qualify for the scholarship. You do as suggested above, advise David Cooper that you are a member. They will check with us to make sure you are currently one of the approximately 280 FNZAS members and you will be registered if you are.

Warren
I believe it can take up to 200 hours to complete but it depends on the knowledge of the person doing the course. It's a nine part correspondence course. You get sent a bunch of papers and reading material. You answer the questions after doing the reading. Most of it is multi-guess I mean multi-choice. Caryl
For those having read the article in the AW, ring the 0800 number as it appears the email address given does not work.

carla
As far as I understand there are parts in it about retailing and customer "handling", how do people that do not work in a shop complete these parts?
Faran
You read the material and answer the questions. You shouldn't need any actual experience outside of the reading that you've done.
