Dixon1990
Would 25°C be Alright for a guppy/leopardfish breeding tank? I would have about 10 guppies 5 leopardfish and a BN or 2.And would kuhli and dwarf loaches eat the fry? As i have 2 kuhli and 2 dwarf loaches that wont have a tank soon. Ira
Might be a bit high for leopardfish.

carla
Mine are down to 12 or 15 degrees at the moment. In summer however they will easily get to 25 or even a bit more during the day. I am not sure if they will live very long if they are always that warm. You can keep your guppies at 20 to 22 degrees too, they do not need to be at 25. However did you not say you were worried about them interbreeding? In that case I wouldn't put these fish together into one tank!
Caryl
My leopardfish always seemd happiest at the lower temps
Ianab
25 is the ideal for guppies, but they can handle 20-29. At higher temps they will grow faster, but die sooner. The reverse at lower temps. Not sure about Leopard fish, but if 22 is OK for them the guppies can handle that fine. Cheers Ian
Loopy
as for the loaches, Yes they will very likely eat your fry. I have seen some kuhlis we used to have inhaling baby platties happily.
