paddy_whack Posted January 22, 2004 Report Share Posted January 22, 2004 Stopped off today at Tropical Blues (love the radio ad) and bought some fish: 3 Mollies (2 black one yellow) another 10 neons (no problem) OMG do mollies really need salt? Are they truly neon compatible? where do i get aquarium salt? cant i use househole iodine free salt? omg i feel so bad! Damn on-a-whim purchases... that yellow looked soooo good with the black! paddy_whack Posted January 22, 2004 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2004 Lol sadly i got some "runts" with the neon lot... i feel sooooo sorry for them theres 2 and their really really tiny and there red stripe is all discoloured and sad-looking and they keep getting nipped in the fin by my old fish when they go to feed ... and another thing, should my mollies be breathing ai5r at the surface? normal? i would think my tank is aerated enough... but... :-?
