Are there any killies that you don't have to take the eggs out of the water etc, and you can just leave them in the tank? Also, what PH range do they like? Once I join up to the NZKA and show interest *hopefully* I might be able to get the Auckland breeders details.. Oh Alan, where do you get you're pure ammonia from? Check at your local chemist,tell them what it's for, keep in a well labelled bottle and in a SAFE place. I aquired mine from a local industrial site down this way. Are you using it to do a fishless cycle or something? yes I was going to but Caryl suggested doing something like this: Buy a sponge filter and place it in a established tank. Then after *so many days/weeks* take it out, and place it in the new tank with 50% water from the established tank and 50% new water. Then add the fish. What do you guys feel about this?
