Crystal Red Shrimps (CRS)

Dear all members

i'm noobie to this forum. nice to meet u all experts.

a little bit background of myself.

i had some experience with guppies, amazon tanks and marines tanks. guppies is my best favours. i use to breed them and trade it some local pet shops.

but because i'm busy with study. so i had gave up all of them.

However, i'm want to setup a new tanks again, to have something to do in my leisures.

i'm from Hong Kong, i always visits the HK Aquarium forums. recently they are very popular of Shrimps' tanks. The shrimps is called Crystal Red Shrimps (CRS)

i've never seen they selling in NZ. i've just been to Jensens (East Tamaki Drv), however, they don't sell that.

it will be cool if someone can tell me where i can get them. or any fish breeder in NZ got them or even imports.

No tropical shrimp are available in NZ which sucks. there is a native shrimp which will last in a tropical tank for a little while, but they are pretty bland, boring shrimp

I dont even think the shrimp are allowed to be imported

I have just returned from a trip to Japan. The Aquarium shops over there are incredible!!!!!!!! They have heaps and heaps of freshwater shrimp. My favourite was the red bumblebee shrimp!!
