wilson
hm maybe they ment to put 16 mm i think 6 mm wont hold all that weight.....
SpidersWeb
Definately will not be made of 16mm glass. It is probably 6mm glass. I've got tanks here of those same dimensions except shorter (1.2m instead of 1.8m) and they're fine. You can see its got full bracing around the top, so I'd wager that its fine just dont bounce things off the glass  Some of the tech guys will surely let you know the official 'saftey factor' but I'd personally set that up without thinking twice. The tank may be long, but its not very wide or tall.

alanmin4304
I would want at least 10mm glass on a tank that long and high.

smidey
in my opinion, looking at the picture the glass seems to be thicker than 6mm.
sharronpaul
I have a tank 1800x450x450, in 6mm, euro braced top and bottom. It's fine, has had some big knocks from the inhabitants and its going strong. 8mm would be a bit more conservative, but 6mm has worked for me. Thunderstorm
i had a tank about 7 years ago the same spec as that one all in 6mm, had 4 200mm cross braces with 50mm edge brace top and bottom on all edges.
