AMAZONIAN
Hi All I just had to get it right for my new Dwarf's that cost an arm and a leg, and the foot as well: so decided to try the handyman thing and construct a cave that is easy to put in the tank, take out of the tank, hatch the eggs in and most of all clean. Flower pots are great but in a bare tank with aeration they can move a bit. Half flower pots are ideal, but a bit unnatural; then I saw on Trade Me a Bamboo House, and the price $10.00 to start, AND "IT DIDN"T SING". Older members will recall the "HOUSE OF SINGING BAMBOO". Seeing that convinced me to make my own; THIS IS THE RESULT. A piece of Slate, Half a Flower Pot, Blinding Sand (1-2mm) and Silicone Tank Sealer. The power of peoples minds, and my capabilities, it astounds me. IMG]http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g71/amazonianfish/DwarfCiclidBreeder.jpg

Caryl
Hmm I tried to fix it Errol but I don't think I helped. You seemed to have an extra in there so I removed it but there must be more. When you link to a pic in photobucket, just click on the bottom of the 3 lines under the pic you want (called IMG code) and copy and paste. Faran
Both the start and finish of the image embedding have a slash. If you can edit your post, simply remove the / from the at the start and it should come right. Nice work, where did you get slate from? I could use some... would prolly look more natural than the floor tiles, even without the sand cover
Caryl
Slate can be picked up from the side of the road near Nelson Blue
AMAZONIAN
Hahaha Caryl That used to be the case but not for some time now. I asked a Tiling/Roofing "Specialist" and he suggested a "Castle" up the end of Trafalgar Street.. The "Cathedral", but you'd have to take it off the roof and that's illegal... NOT A SICK BIRD>>>>> I can get it though if any one wants some it's $5.00 per slate and they are about 350 X 300. Plus a bit of postage. Zoban
Now the tag at the end is missing the slash.. no slash at the start and a slash at the end .. [ img ] ..... [ / img ] no spaces
