Midas
Anyone recognise this plant? I have no idea. Leaves range from 5-15 mm across. http://groups.msn.com/MidasNZ/aquaria.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=2 http://groups.msn.com/MidasNZ/aquaria.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=
Alan
Salvinia my friend. Don't get caught with that. It's a classified weed I've seen it on the Western Springs lake, north to south, and east to west. Looked just like a lawn. Excellent for goldfish ponds tho. Used to be on most ponds in the 50's Alan
Caryl
I think it's salvinia too. A Class A noxious weed it is illegal to posess this species in NZ.
Ira
No fair, all the hardy quick growing plants are considered noxious weeds.

Caryl
Burning is a good way to make sure it is destroyed too.
