tee-em
Hey all, I have three 32mm bulkheads in back of tank wall, all under water level for closed loop. Ocean runner 6500 pump (1700 gph) for closed loop. Would be cool to alternate return flow as per these products by Ocean Motions. Pretty expensive 1. Anyone have any other cool ideas? 2. I am also looking for flow directing nozzles on the inside of the bulkhead (Female thread side) an ideas there as well? 3. All else fails I am going to split the return into two, anyone know where I can get a Y socket for 32mm? Had a look at Plastic systems, no joy, closest was a 45 tee which will end up favouring one side. chrs http://www.oceansmotions.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=32&osCsid=e09b4cb27420dbc307c3ab0800795c1a

tee-em
Yep chrs, saw your pics on the forum, did you order it direct from them or is there a local supplier? How long you been running it, looks like the inside parts wear as it is offered as a standard replacement item?

I dont think the inside parts will wear at all or if they do, very minimal. the drum rotates very slowly, very little friction. tee-em
Umm yep... saw that when browsing the site, I suppose postage going to be a fair bit so might as well do it all. May hold off on buying, do all the extra plumbing and buy later in a month or two.. Oops.. xmas coming. Anyone else in for anything from the site http://www.oceansmotions.com/store/?osCsid=12e4eb3c72bb1f78742dbef1e7900dea If we can get a group order it would cheaper and worse case we can spread postage pro rata. I am happy to organise just post here or PM me, unless we have to watch total cost for import duty. Lets see what the interest is and we can take it from there. Rockerpeller
you can get the loc-line in new zealand. go to www.somethingfishy.co.nz and in the search box, type "product". it'll bring up 1/2" loc-line, 3/4 loc-line, and SCWDs. i contacted the owner of the site and they said they had some SCWDs. must contact them at some stage to let them know to fix the site... :-? JoeBlog
I've purchased quite a few products from Paul at Oceansmotion. He has the best service that I have come across in the hobby and excellent products to match. To put in Pies' ranking format: 10/10!
