TimTam22 Posted October 28, 2006 Report Share Posted October 28, 2006 Hi, I know this sound really stupid but I got a marine set up today its about 135ltrs with a sump etc, it has a hang on skimmer but I don't know what type it is... :oops: well the question is the skimmer came with this funny little piece of air tube with a thing on the end of it (don't know if that means its air driven?) but I don't know where to put the air tube?? can any one help me please???? stompa Posted October 28, 2006 Report Share Posted October 28, 2006 skimmer is a "sea clone 100" the hose goes into where the sponge attaches to the maxi pump (which is under water) then you use the little black thing(sits outside of the water) on the end of the hose to tune how much air is sucked into the skimmer....
