  1. Hi there. I've got 14 duboisi big juveniles. Most of them are changing colours. Ranging from 5 to 9cm. Healthy and happy, eating NLS, spirulina flakes, repashy and fresh veges. What would be your offer?
  2. Hi. Ive got couple of pieces of driftwood. Please let me know if you're interested in them. I'll measure them for you then. Thanks
  3. Hi guys, So I managed to get 15 of Tropheus Duboisi. I got in touch with pretty much every fish shop around the country. I think the only place where I found couple of more of them was Organism in Cristchurch but they don't ship and their duboisi are white banded not yellow banded like mine. All the rest of them seem to have the same supplier which run out of these fish and might get them in the country only in a few months. Knowing how challenging it could be to add new fish to an established group I really need to find some more of them shortly. So I would really appreciate if anyone wants to sell me tropheus duboisi juveniles. I'd like to get any number from 1 to 15 of them. Thanks
  4. Perfect. I'll def ring him when he opens today. Thanks a lot!
  5. Hi there. Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I did chek new pupuke aquarium and unfortunately they had only one tropheus left. In fact I think I checked all the big fish shops in Auckland personally lol I saw pics of tropheus in Organism on Facebook. They are so nice! I have them a call and they said they didn't ship fish So still looking, may be someone will import them soon.
  6. Hi there, I'd like to get a group of 20-25 little Tropheus in one go. Will be starting a new african set up just for them in the nearest future. Any ideas where to get them would be much appreciated. Unfortunately Auckland's fish shops have only limited amounts of different kinds of them. Would prefer if fish are in Auckland or not far away. However might consider shipping at my cost. Thanks
  7. Hi there, I fell in love with african cichlids and would love to change my set up to get some nice Tropheus. However I need to sell my fish first. So here they are: 4 x Silver (Bala) Sharks. I'd say three of them would be around 8 cm excluding tails and the other one is slightly smaller, say 7cm plus tail. Active, hand fed. $50 for all four. 2 x Red Spotted Plecos. One of them around 18cm incl tail and the other one around 13cm. Always come out for food when I feed others. $20 for the big one and $15 for the smaller one. Gold Severum. Really nice little fish, growing good. He is around 9cm plus another couple of cm of his tail. I say "he" but actually I don't know if it's a male or female $15 for this guy. Once these guys find their new home my two quite large red spotted severums and five geophaguses surinamensis will be for sale as well. I just want to enjoy them for a bit longer) All of them are hardy fish. They are healthy and active. Still quite young and have got plenty of growing. They were bought in Hollywood fish farm 3-5 months ago. Fed with premium quality food (flakes and pellets), frozen cichlid food, bloodworms and prawns, repashy, cucumbers, peas, carrot, zucchini etc. They have fresh veges pretty much every day. These fish are also advertised on TradeMe. I wouldn't mind to sell them as a bulk so you can PM me your offers. Sorry, pick up only at this stage. Pick up in Papakura. Please bring your own container or bag suitable size. By the way I will create another topic once I am ready to buy some Tropheus. However I would appreciate it if someone could advise me where to get nice ones. Especially if it's not Duboisi as it is not a problem to find those
  8. Hi. Two smaller tanks have built in filters. And the bigger one has got SunSun 1400 canister filter which was bought about a month ago. pH used to be around 6.5 all the time I guess because of the driftwood in the tank even if my tap water was around 7.5. For some reason pH increased in 1-2 weeks after new set up with the new fliter and now close to the tap water one. Fish seems all right and unfortunately I don't know how to drop it again. Not having time doesn't help too so that's why I hope fish will find a good home as soon as possible. By theway only 4 blue turquoise and two smaller red diamonds left. Thanks
  9. Hi there, Due to big changes at work I pretty much live there struggling to find enough time for my partner, dog and discus fish. So I have decided to sell my lovely young discus fish to people that have time for this beautiful cretuares. I have got: 3 x Blue Diamond discus about 4-6 cm from head to tail - $100 for all three 3 x Red Diamond discus two of them is about 5 cm long and the third one is 7-8 cm - $80 for both smaller ones and $80 for the bigger one 1 x Red Map discus about 6-7 cm - $45 4 x Blue Turquoise discus from 8 to 10 cm long exluding tail. Two of them just started colouring up and two of them have got a bit more colours but still developiong them - $160 for two younger ones and $180 for two more colourful ones. All of the fish is from 4 to 9 months old approximately and still growing. I have listed them on TradeMe as well where you can see more photos. I don't ship them sorry. Pick up from Papakura. Bring your won container please. Once the fish is sold I will have three tanks available for sale: 280l, 100l and 20l including heaters, filters, lights, decorations etc. Thanks.
