Hoping someone here can shed some light on whats up with my pleco. I haven't added any new fish in quite a while so I'm not sure whats going on

Saw these appear on my fish a couple hours ago, not sure where they came from. My first thought was white spot but I haven't added any new fish recently so I'm not sure Anyone know anything that could help?
