Well just a update on my tank, so far so good tetras look very happy, I added a GBA and a Rainbow shark yesterday they seem very happy cleaning my tank. I have a couple of questions 1. How often should i do a water change? I was told 25% once a week?? 2. Strees coat how often should i be adding this to my tank? I am a bit wherry using chemicals after my last use of PH up made my fish very unhappy. Thanks

Yes had the water tested only for PH was 6.8 pet shop sold PH up two scoops bought it up to 7, Tested for ammonia this morning there was none.

Ok noted,

The water temp is 25.5, This is the first water change. Just feed them they are very happy now moving all over the tank.

That worked %20 water change, Fish now back at the bottom swimming around happy, One dead though.

The surface water is slowly moving, looks like it has a white film on the surface also. So change some water you reckon?

Hi there, I have 10 neon tetras, They have been in the tank 2 days now, I think they are starved of oxygen they are swimming at the top of the tank gills going flat out, I just fed them 1st time today and they didn't eat?? Any ideas??

Thanks for that advice, i will do just that. Could i possibly get away with 1 angel?

OK yes i will give it a few more days before adding any fish, as for temp that is still rising 21c is a bit nippy. What fish would you recommend to begin with? I do want some angel fish one two maybe but someone told me my tank is to small? Cheers

Hi guys Well i have set up my new juwel rekord 800 110L aquarium, it has now been cycling for 48 hrs now, the temp is sitting on 21c the Ph level is 6.8. I also used water conditioner to. My question is what fish to put in first? Thanks
