even with a good filter and regular water changes, 40 fish is alot in a 90L tank

i did something similer with my 4ft.

i used bronze corys and hoplos to cycle...with 25% 'mature' water and NIV cycle

no deaths so i'll call it a sucess

im still very much a newbie @ killies so im sorry if i got ur hopes up with saying they were the N'sukka strain :oops:

ok for those that care.......i got a pair of Fundulopanchax gardneri (cf N'sukka) and a pair of Nothobranchius foerschi

they r doing well @ the moment...and they eat granules (i thought they only ate live food :-? )

oh and should i add more plants to their tank or a peice of wood?
