May surprise somebody but the new Import list is nearly there and a lot more will be available soon... The list will be finalized I think tommorow. Then it's become official. If anyone know somebody who likes cichlids and can do the quarantine for African cichlids please let me know. I've got a list from Germany with beautifull fish wich become allowed for import. Hi there, How to do that? 6x 4 foot tanks with one good filtration???? Is anyone has an idea how to connect them using 1 filtration??? Do I need to make a sump? When I do need how big the sump needs to be? :roll:

Matto hi, The Venustus need a lot of space so I think >500 L is good for them.

I know the shops have to pay their bills But in the LFS you NEVER can get Tropheus for less than 60$ or something around that. Selling the fish for 5$/each doesn't help them at all !!!

My females about 20cm become a blue face from time to time when they are trying to become more "respect" (that was the case in my 250 liters tank). This blue was not that intensive than by the male. After upgrading my tank to 900 litres the agresion between females became less and the face not colouring blue that often. I have a group of 10 Venustus and they are after my upgrade very happy boys. How big is your tank trace&steve?? Are there any other fish in the tank? :roll:

Hi guys, I don't know what you are talking about prices??? Just have a look at Hollywood Fish Farm and see their prices. For one Damasoni they asking for 26$ !!! I don't think this is the markt price. Tropheus is a very nice fish and not been sold that often than yellows or demasoni for example!!! 35$ for tropheus it's a fair price i think. :roll:

I would like to know as well. My ones are about 12cm (male) and still no sign for spawing.

Hi, about your cloudy film: Have you washed and cooked your gravel before you filled your tank with water?? And make sure the filters are making enought "flowing" on the water surface. Cheers
